Hemant Jewellers encourage customers to provide complete mailing address along with the contact number/s & pin code for delivering the products on time. Hemant Jewellers aims to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (excluding holidays, Saturday and Sunday) after the placement of order. Hemant Jewellers shall not take responsibilities for delays due to incomplete address listings. In a situation of re-shipment for the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges and any other related fines/penalties.

All orders are shipped through the best courier agencies and delivered at your doorsteps approximately within 3-7 working days; post the dispatch of your shipment. Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday to Saturday 9am-6:00pm, excluding holidays within India. During holiday season, we highly suggest that you place your order at least 5 days in advance to allow enough time for delivery. Our Shipping Rates are subsidized and are comparatively much lower than what the shipping companies usually charge for international shipments. We always strive to offer our shoppers/customers the lowest shipping charges possible. Please note that shipping companies determine shipping charges based on the package weight.

At the time of delivery, if you are not available to receive the parcel, the courier company would get in touch with you to arrange for re-delivery or you can pick it up from their office location. In case if you have provided the office address, due to security reasons products might get delivered at the security desk itself, so please make sure you (are aware of) check with the security desk.

We do not take responsibility for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

International Shipments

All International shipments are dispatched once payment is received from customer. Usually, all shipments will be dispatched in 48 hours. Delivery time is 7 to 28 days after dispatch. Cash on Delivery is not available for International shipments.

Please note that the courier company would bill any kind of customs or duties if applicable for the ordered items, separately to the customer at the time of delivery which will depend on the rules and regulations of the country. The duties and taxes are not included in the price of the product.  

The products ordered online (www.kolhapurisaaj.in) by our customers are individually made in accordance with their choices, so we respect our customers & support 3 DAY RETURN/REFUND POLICY.

Customer has to whatsapp us on 9022502704 about product return/replacement within 3 days of receiving the order. After this period no return/replacement is entertained. After writing message, customer has to send it back to our address on their expense using well known courier agency within a day and provide us tracking details of the same. On receiving of returned goods, we will issue you another product of your choice or Refund your money. If the refund is accepted the amount will be refunded into your preferred bank account within 2 days from issuing the refund Return/Replacement is only one time for one order. 

PRODUCT RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION / MANUFACTURING DEFECT 

In rare cases that the product received by you is damaged, defective or if you have not received the right product, then please do intimate us at 9022502704 within 24 hours of receiving the product. If possible send the snap of damaged product over whatsapp. We will then examine this product for the complaint mentioned in your message. Please retain the product with its packaging and wait for our response regarding the reported problem. 

In case you receive a damaged product or wrong item, you can return the product to our office with prior intimation to us within 24 hours of receipt of product. The returned product (damaged or wrong item) should reach us within 6 working days of our confirmation in its original condition and packing along with a copy of the invoice. If the product is not reached to us within 6 working days from the date of receipt of the packet, we cannot help you in replacing the product or exchanging it with any other product. 

Please note here that if any product is returned to us without our confirmation, we will not take any guarantee for replacement of the product. Any product being returned back to us should be done only through courier or registered airmail. Any extra shipping costs of returning the product back to us, over and above the shipping cost paid by the customer for receipt of product from us will be borne entirely by the customer. The safe receipt of the return product by us is the responsibility of the customer. 

Upon receipt of a returned product with our confirmation, Hemant Jewellers shall take one of the below appropriate actions: 

Upon receipt of a genuine defect/variation in the returned product, the defective item will be replaced with the same product (design) as early as possible, at our own cost. In the case that the originally ordered product is not available, you may be requested to select an alternate product, which shall be sent to you. If customer didn't like any products, Hemant Jewellers shall refund entire amount. Our products are of the finest quality and we have numerous satisfied customers. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service." You may write your comments on 9022502704 In case of multiple products being ordered, if for any reason whatsoever, Hemant Jewellers in unable to deliver certain products, Customer shall be allowed to select an alternate product. However, in case customer does not wish to select any alternate products, Hemant Jewellers shall agree to refund amount as against such non-deliverable products. 

While Hemant Jewellers shall make all endeavours to ensure accuracy of order of the product, however; there may occur variations in colour of the actual product as compared to that shown on the website, this is mostly due to differences in display output due to lighting and digital photography and colour settings and capabilities of your own monitor screens. A customer while placing the order should consider this minor variation in colour as seen on the website as against the actual colour of the product received.

Customer can cancel a specific order he wishes by writing us at 9022502704 with there order and reference number. If it is Prepaid Order, the amount will be refunded to you, in accordance with our Return Policy. Kindly note a cancellation request cannot be made after your order is shipped.

Under some rare situations, Hemant Jewellers can also raise an order cancellation request-

1- Product out of stock with the us.

2- Incorrect pricing or description of the product

3- Payment fraud suspicion by our Credit & Fraud Avoidance Department

4- Incorrect or Incomplete Buyer's Address

5-Non serviceability of Buyer’s address by our courier partners

If your order is not fulfilled by us after your payment has been done, the paid amount will be refunded to you, in accordance with our RETURN POLICY

Cancellation

kolhapurisaaj.in believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

How Can I Cancel My Order?

  1. For cancelling your order, go to the 'My Account' section of the website and cancel your placed order by selecting your Order ID. You will be able to cancel only those orders which have not been dispatched.
  2. You will not be able to cancel the orders from 'My Account' section of the website, once your order has been dispatched. In such cases, please do not accept delivery and contact our support team and inform them to initiate the order cancellation process. International orders, once delivered cannot be cancelled.
  3. You cannot cancel the orders once you have accepted the product delivery. However, you will be eligible for replacement if the product is defective or has incorrect size.

How will I receive my refund?

  1. If you have selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to refund because you haven't paid for your order.
  2. For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, you will receive a refund in the account from which you have made the payment.
    1. In case of cancellation through 'My Account' section, refund will be processed immediately.
    2. For the order cancelled after dispatch but before delivery, refund will be processed once we receive the order parcel and our support team confirms your order cancellation.
  3. Any kolhapurisaaj advantage reward points used in the purchase of the order will be credited back to your account

Are there any charges for Order Cancellation?

  1. In case of Payment through Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking, customer will be charged 3.5% of order amount as bank transaction charges. After deducting such charges, order amount will be refunded.
  2. In case of order cancelled after dispatch but before delivery, customer will be charged 75 Rs. as delivery charges. Such amount will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
