How Can I Cancel My Order?
- For cancelling your order, go to the 'My Account' section of the website and cancel your placed order by selecting your Order ID. You will be able to cancel only those orders which have not been dispatched.
- You will not be able to cancel the orders from 'My Account' section of the website, once your order has been dispatched. In such cases, please do not accept delivery and contact our support team and inform them to initiate the order cancellation process. International orders, once delivered cannot be cancelled.
- You cannot cancel the orders once you have accepted the product delivery. However, you will be eligible for replacement if the product is defective or has incorrect size. See 7 Day Replacement Policy for further details.
How will I receive my refund?
- If you have selected Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to refund because you haven't paid for your order.
- For payments made using a Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, you will receive a refund in the account from which you have made the payment.
- In case of cancellation through 'My Account' section, refund will be processed immediately.
- For the order cancelled after dispatch but before delivery, refund will be processed once we receive the order parcel and our support team confirms your order cancellation.
- Any kolhapurisaaj advantage reward points used in the purchase of the order will be credited back to your account
Are there any charges for Order Cancellation?
- In case of Payment through Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking, customer will be charged 3.5% of order amount as bank transaction charges. After deducting such charges, order amount will be refunded.
- In case of order cancelled after dispatch but before delivery, customer will be charged 75 Rs. as delivery charges. Such amount will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
