Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver the products purchased from kolhapurisaaj in the committed time with proper packaging. For all the purchases of Rs. 500 or more, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost within India. A shipping charge of Rs. 50 will be applicable to all orders under Rs. 500 within India. Shipping Charges are applicable for the orders outside India irrespective of the order amount.

  • Shipping charges will be refunded along with order amount in case order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location.
  • In case of cancellation of part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable in case delivered products are returned under 7-day return policy. For more details refer it.

How are orders placed on kolhapurisaaj.in delivered ?

All orders placed on kolhapurisaaj.in are dispatched through our courier partners such as Fedex, Blue Dart, DTDC and firstflight. We do use India Posts - Speed Post to deliver orders placed for remote locations.

How long does it take for an order to be delivered to me?

We deliver most of our orders within 5-7 days from the order date within India. However for remote locations, we may take 10-12 days. In such scenarios, it will be communicated through mail and sms. For outside India, most of our orders are delivered within 15 days from the order date.
